Our First Response Emergency Care (FREC 3) course gives you hands-on, scenario-based training that prepares you for real emergencies.
Whether you’re stepping into the medical field for the first time, looking to enhance your workplace readiness, or working toward a paramedic pathway — FREC 3 is your foundation.
You’ll learn to:
Assess and manage patients
Control bleeding and manage airways
Provide life support and use AEDs
Translate military or first aid experience into professional qualifications
